AGE:

You must be 18 or the legal age of majority in your country to read, participate or be a member of Literarymetro.com.

PRIVACY:

You may not post personal information of other persons, whether they are a member/user or not. Personal information includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, employment info, and any other personal information that we deem inappropriate.

COPYRIGHT:

Do not post / link to copyrighted images or articles in their entirety. Fair use laws allow some posting of copyrighted material, such as excerpts from articles and screen captures from movies, under certain circumstances.  

COURTESY AND RESPECT:

Do not threaten, intimidate or harass other users.

You should not post private messages or quotes from private emails without the permission of the writer. 

Please post content in the appropriate forum.

COMMERCIAL:

Any post made with the intent of promoting another site or a product is not allowed. Spam is strictly forbidden.

Members may not send unsolicited PM's or emails to other users trying to promote other websites or products.

Any abuse of this policy will result in the member being banned and where warranted, their ISP being contacted.

Signatures: blatant advertisement of other websites in your signature is not permitted. This includes huge, flashing pictures.

Linking to pay sites is strictly forbidden. 

MEMBER NAMES:

You must not use an url or website address as your member name.

DELETING POSTS:

We will not remove your posts. You have the ability to edit out any text and remove any attachments as you see fit. Please do not contact Literarymetro.com about removing your posts.

PICTURES:

Copyright - You must have the legal right from the copyright owner to post any images. That is, photographs/drawings that you yourself created and/or have a license or other permission to post.

Minors - you must not post Adult-themed images featuring anyone under 18 years old. 

Advertisments - you must not post images containing url/s or other forms of advertisement.

Adult themes - you must not post images which contain actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Sexually explicit conduct includes:

• sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
• bestiality;
• masturbation;
• sadistic or masochistic abuse; and/or
• lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person.

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES

These rules will be strictly enforced and may result in member being suspended or banned. The decision of the owner/operators of Literarymetro.com is final.

Illegal content will be removed without notice to the poster.
