A leading UK professor has warned that the rise of gadgets like iphones, xbox and iphones could stifle creativity because they are sealed devices that don't lend themselves to tinkering like the decades of innovation that lead to internet. The professor is concerned a world will be created where non-experts are caught between someting they don't understand and something that limits them.
